23:05-- l8nighter: makes the default by forney and the pate lawsuit more understandable.... resulted in more money to forney and faster bond repayment.
23:06-- l8nighter: its also funny how much obama admins hate the first and second amendments, but boy oh boy, they love that fifth amendment
23:41-- yesitsme: So.. tell me if this is right. The lawsuit cost us about $800k.. now, minus the extra $500k, the cost to us is about $300k - so far - to get rid of Pate?

0:42-- l8nighter: sounds right, and dont forget the savings in interest payments on the bonds also, not sure how much that will be.... and that would just apply to this partial payment received.
0:43-- l8nighter: i guess the 800k was a well calculated move to make pate go away so the project could get finished earlier, get the bonuses, and pay off bonds early to save on interest
