I cant believe that some type of restrictive clause or covenant would be discovered this far into build out that was not discovered well before even a letter of intent, much less signing of a lease

22:03-- l8nighter: last year was great for peaches ... from what i have read though, this year gonna be bad due to early warm temps followed by a late freeze, most say 1/4 of usual crop
5:32-- l8nighter: very cool for chick-fil-a to be so involved in, and generous to, all the communities they serve.... great chicken sandwich too.
