I cant believe that some type of restrictive clause or covenant would be discovered this far into build out that was not discovered well before even a letter of intent, much less signing of a lease

7-11 will be next to McDonalds, their site plan has been approved. I updated somewhere else but forgot to do so here....

I was just about to post a new topic for the new 7-11

I was at Taco Bell and saw drilling on the land next to McDonalds. When I left I stopped by and asked the drillers what was going on and they said they are drilling for a NEW 7-11 Gas Station!

Finally another gas station! Im excited

Hey, there's no wrong thread smiley. Now rumors will abound about 7/11 coming to Mustang Crossing.

Just to be clear....the 7-11 will be further down the service road by McDonald's and the Pinson Bridge NOT by 548/80.
