I cant believe that some type of restrictive clause or covenant would be discovered this far into build out that was not discovered well before even a letter of intent, much less signing of a lease

I have (2) Dry erase boards for sale, perfect for a Home Schooling family...

They are both 46"x44" with closing doors. The doors have cork board on the inside.

They can be picked up M-F 7am-4pm and we can provide help loading...
