I cant believe that some type of restrictive clause or covenant would be discovered this far into build out that was not discovered well before even a letter of intent, much less signing of a lease

My mom made one of those box cakes for my brother's birthday (because box cake rules!)---Anyway, instead of adding the three eggs and half a cup of vegetable oil as the recipe called for, she used 12 ounces of club soda in the mix. It not only saved 1200 calories from the recipe, it also tastes delicious The cake was moist and fluffy and I couldn't believe that club soda so easily replaced the eggs and oil.

It's really good, so if you are looking for a lower calorie cake, give it a try

LIKE - good to know there is a substitute for both eggs and oil

Another substitute for oil is applesauce, 1:1 ratio.

Apple sauce? Good to know. I was just shocked that the cake was so darn good with club soda which has no calories!
