This Family Fun event will feature local praise bands from Fellowship Baptist, Cowboy Church - Kicking Up Dust, FBC Forney – Encounter Band, First Community Church - Arms of the Son, East Side Church of Christ, and Christian recording artist, Adam Cappa. There will be food, games, vendors, and plenty of awesome music. All proceeds will be used to help start a therapy program for child abuse victims and their caregivers at the KCCAC.
Shannon Gardner, Executive Director of KCCAC, said about the event, "We are a neutral, child -friendly agency that wants nothing more than to help facilitate the most comprehensive child abuse investigations and advocacy services to child victims and their caregivers. But it’s absolutely essential that we have the support of the entire county in order to make things work. The concert is a perfect opportunity for the county to come together and show how united we can be for the good of our most vulnerable victims, our children!”
