Forney Bank of America robbery suspects arrested in Quinlan
The suspects involved in the May 18, 2012 robbery at the Forney Bank of America were arrested in Quinlan on Thursday, August 2. The two men are also suspected in a string of armed bank robberies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area that occurred this spring.

Forney Police Dept: Bank of America robbery update
Official release from the Forney Police Department in regards to the Bank of America robbery.
On Friday, May 18th, 2012, at around 10:13 am, Forney Police Officers were dispatched to an aggravated robbery in progress at the local Bank of America located in the 100 block of US HWY 80. Prior to the officer’s arrival, the suspects fled the scene, heading west on US Hwy 80 towards Mesquite. Officers confirmed everyone was alright inside the bank and gathered witness statements from eyewitnesses.

Forney's Bank of America robbed by armed gunmen
The Forney Bank of America was robbed at gunpoint on the morning of May 18, 2012. The Bank of America is located at 100 E. US Hwy. 80 at Pinson Road. It was held up by armed gunmen at approximately 10:45 a.m., with the robbers getting away with an undisclosed amount of cash.
