The Terrell Police Department is reaching out to the community for assistance in identifying two suspects involved in recent theft incidents at local retailers.

Theft at Academy Sports + Outdoors

On September 28, 2025, an unidentified male entered Academy Sports + Outdoors and concealed multiple pairs of athletic shoes valued at over $1,000. The suspect exited the store without paying for the merchandise, prompting the police to launch an investigation.

Authorities are asking anyone with information about the suspect’s identity to contact Detective D. Ballard at 469-474-2790 or via email at dballard@terrelltx.gov.

Theft at Ulta Beauty

In a separate incident, on August 15, 2025, an unidentified female was observed entering Ulta Beauty, where she concealed several items before leaving the store without paying. This incident has also garnered the attention of local law enforcement.
