Federal authorities have arrested Jamarion Manogin, a Forney resident charged in a sweeping federal racketeering investigation that alleges coordinated shootings, drug trafficking, and organized retaliation carried out by members and associates of the group known as Kiccedoe. Court records describe a wide-ranging criminal enterprise operating across North Texas, supported by extensive digital evidence, intercepted communications, and social-media activity detailed by investigators.Kiccedoe or “600.”
Federal Complaint Details Allegations of a Criminal Enterprise
The 85-page federal complaint reveals a coordinated criminal enterprise involved in a range of illegal activities, including shootings, drug trafficking, robberies, firearms offenses, social media-driven intimidation, and organized retaliation against rival gangs. While the organization is reported to operate primarily in Arlington, investigators assert that its influence extends throughout the North Texas region.
Investigators allege that the enterprise:
Executed multiple retaliatory shootings, including planned acts of violence against rival groups and individuals perceived to have disrespected Kiccedoe online. (Pages 5–13)
Utilized Instagram and group chats for coordinating narcotics trafficking, showcasing firearms, identifying rival gang members, and celebrating violent incidents. (Pages 9–12)
Distributed narcotics, such as marijuana and fentanyl, frequently using social media messaging platforms to facilitate sales. (Pages 5–6)
Publicly promoted the gang by posting videos, photos, and music that “highlight their affiliation” and allegedly glorify acts of violence. (Pages 6–7, 39–40)
Mandated acts of violence from members seeking to rise within the organization, including shootings, armed robberies, and retaliatory actions. (Pages 10–11)
Agents also documented a pattern of members employing coded language, hand signs, and clothing to signify their affiliation, alongside posting “trophies” from violent encounters on social media.
Investigators Target Social Media Accounts
The complaint indicates that investigators obtained search warrants for multiple Instagram accounts believed to be operated by members and associates of the criminal enterprise. These accounts allegedly contained images of firearms, narcotics, hand signs, internal communications regarding planned violent acts, and videos identifying participants as members of the organization. (Pages 22–26)
Several accounts were said to have coordinated shootings, issued threats against rival groups, and engaged in discussions about retaliatory measures. (Pages 28–33)
Detention Order Issued Pending Trial
A detention order signed on November 13, 2025, mandates that the defendant remain in federal custody as the case progresses. The court found probable cause that the offenses were associated with violent crimes involving firearms, concluding that no conditions of release could guarantee community safety.
Extensive Digital Evidence Under Review
A joint filing from prosecutors and defense counsel highlights that the case involves nearly one terabyte of digital forensic evidence. The parties have requested—and received—additional time before the government must present the case to a grand jury, citing the necessity for a comprehensive review of electronic data, including social media communications and video evidence.
The motion suggests that early access to the evidence could enable both sides to thoroughly assess the case and potentially resolve it prior to an indictment being filed.
Ongoing Proceedings in Federal Court
The defendant remains in custody as the investigation continues. Additional filings and disclosures are anticipated in the coming weeks as federal authorities evaluate the extensive evidence gathered.
