KAUFMAN, Texas — The North Texas Municipal Water District (NTMWD) will temporarily suspend water delivery to the City of Kaufman for approximately 18 hours next week.
“The city's underground and overhead reserves should be sufficient to supply residents and businesses with water during this time,” the City of Kaufman stated.
Water delivery will be suspended November 17, 2016, at 7 p.m. until November 18, 2016, at 1 p.m. while the NTMWD performs maintenance.
Water service will not be cut off but residents may experience issues with pressure.
“All are urged to please conserve water during this time, and no outdoor watering allowed,” the city stated.
